Personalization Tips for Custom Orders 

When placing your order - 
Carefully enter the NAME - as you want it to appear on the item you have purchased. 

If you want the name in CAPITAL LETTERS, enter it in CAPITAL LETTERS. example: RYAN

If you want Upper and lower case letters - enter the Name that way. example: Ryan

We produce your product by the information you enter on your order form, so please check your spelling and punctuation... we want you to be satisfied.

For Handmade Custom Orders: 
They are made specifically for you and are non refundable, unless they are damaged or defective.

 

 


Tips For Selecting The Best Photos

Our Photo process uses any Photograph (Color or Black & White), Logos, 
Art work, children's drawings, jpegs from digital cameras.

Any size photograph can be submitted from a wallet size to a 8 x 10.
The larger the photo, the better the finished product will be.

Select photographs that have light backgrounds for best results.

Select photographs that have no shadows on the subject, such as one side 
of a face shadowed. 

Make note in the special instructions area on the order form if certain items 
are to be cropped out of the photo.  Or add a note to your email detailing any 
special instructions.

Be sure to include your email address, phone #, or work # for direct contact if 
questions arise in the reproduction process.

All customer originals submitted for replication on our products will be 
returned unharmed!

Do not use photos that have been folded.

Overexposed and overly bright photographs should be avoided.

The most important thing to remember, is the quality of the photo you send us, determines the quality of the item that we produce.

After you have placed your order you can send (upload) us attachments of your image in a JPEG file Format.  You can also send your photo used by U.S. Mail.
